We are proud to have been placed 19th on Allbright’s Green List, recognizing gender equality among Sweden’s publicly listed companies. This recognition is due to our executive management team achieving a balanced gender distribution of 40/60. Allbright is an independent, non-profit foundation dedicated to promoting gender equality and diversity in leadership roles.

At Mycronic, our commitment to diversity, gender equality, and inclusion is fundamental to our growth. We have established group-wide goals for diversity and inclusion, including gender distribution and an inclusion index in our annual employee survey. We conduct regular training and information sessions to raise awareness on different topics related to diversity and inclusion for all employees and managers, both globally and locally.

Our global annual talent review and succession planning process is a way to ensure promotions are competence-based, with a strong focus on minimizing biases throughout. We are also rolling out a new company-wide leadership program that integrates inclusive leadership into the training.

We actively work to attract more women to Mycronic and to foster a stronger sense of belonging among our current female employees. Our internal women’s network, which meets at least twice a year, offers shorter seminars, experience sharing, and networking opportunities. Additionally, through our membership in Diversity Charter Sweden, all employees can participate in various virtual events. Many of our sites also host targeted activities for female students.
