Micronic Mydata receives order for a Sigma7700 mask writer

Micronic Mydata today announced the order for a Sigma7700 mask writer for semiconductor applications. The Sigma 7700 order is a repeat order from a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Asia. The system is scheduled for delivery during the second half of 2014.
