Manual flying probe for PCB test

Manual flying probe for PCB test

Flying probe systems are used for larger quantities too, eliminating the need for fixture building.

The atg Flying probe testers are developed and assembled at our headquarters in Wertheim, Germany. With our unique multi-head technology we reach an outstanding performance of speed and throughput. Increasingly, flying probe systems are used for larger quantities too, eliminating the need for fixture building.

Advanced measurement technologies

Our test systems provide advanced measurement technologies like Kelvin and high voltage tests in combination with low tooling costs. We offer a wide range of different systems starting from standard systems with 8 heads up to oversized systems with 24 test heads.

A5 Neo

A5 Neo

The A5 Neo Flying Probe PCB tester combines affordable technology with all of the enhanced measurement methods of atg's Flying Probe systems.

A7 Pro

A7 Pro

The standard A7 Pro is equipped with a tension shuttle for thin products, various high-voltage measurements and an universal test probe interface.

A7-16 Pro

The system is perfectly suited for the high test point counts of server products or probecard designs.

A7XW Pro

Our unique rail concept allows a high test head density on even the largest boards, minimizing the test time for large products with high test point counts.

A9

The A9 is our fasted PCB test system with a new powerful drive technology and granite base to ensure high accuracy.

A9 plus

The A9 plus is utilizing the same technology as the A9 and is in addition equipped with a temperature control unit and 4 high resolution cameras.
